Delivery and Returns
Our Return Policy
Aussie Powersports are happy to provide our valued customers with a 30 day returns or exchange policy.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure you comply with the following:
- Items MUST be authorised for return/ exchange by Aussie Powersports prior to being returned to our warehouse
- Item(s) need to be returned within 30 days of purchase date to be eligible for refund
- All parts and/ or components must be returned
- Item(s) need to be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for refund
- Note: If the product is not returned in the original packaging and/or scratched/fitted, there may be an additional repacking fee, repair fee or we may not be able to provide you with a refund
- Please ensure you package the item(s) you wish to return in similar protective packaging that you received it. (For example, large metal products should be bubble wrapped and wrapped in cardboard for corner and side protection during transit. If you are unsure on how the product should be packaged, please contact our staff.
- All Polycarbonate Windshields are shipped with a protective film on both sides; if the film is removed, the item(s) is not eligible for return
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned item(s) unless an exception is approved by Aussie Powersports prior to the return. (Certain conditions and exceptions may be applied to our return policy. For example, should we make a mistake or ship the wrong item, that is Aussie Powersports responsibility, and no additional fees shall apply)
- Aussie Powersports provide competitive capped price shipping on all of our products. In the event of an item(s) being returned, the customer will be liable to pay the difference of the ‘actual shipping’ cost of the original product
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
- After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If you are exchanging a product, the new item(s) will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 4 days of receipt of the returned goods to Aussie Powersports
- If you are an account holder with Aussie Powersports, the refund amount will be credited to your account. All other customers will be issued a credit note which must be used within 12 months of the issue date.
- It is at discretion of Aussie Powersports as to which freight company is used for delivery and returns.
- All returns are subject to the following restocking fees:
- $1,000 and under – 10% restocking fee
- Over $1,000 – 5% restocking fee

Initiating Your Return
- Phone Aussie Powersports on (07) 4787 4554 and speak to one our friendly staff. Please be sure to have your order number/invoice number available.
- Once your refund has been approved, one of our staff will provide you one of the following two return postage methods:
- A return label will be emailed to you. Please print and attach this to your package, ensuring the old labels are removed or crossed out, and you can drop your item(s) to your nearest Australia Post shop.
- If your item(s) is too large for the above option, we will organise for it to be picked up by a freight company. Please ensure a new label is attached to the item(s) for return, making note of your Invoice Number, and address to:
